✨ Cancellation & No-Show Policy ✨ At The Luxe Look by Lala, I value your time and mine. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review my policies carefully: • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 30% charge of the service fee. • No-shows (failing to show up without notice) will be charged 100% of the service fee. Payment Policy: If your card is declined or comes up as insufficient funds, I will attempt to process the payment up to 3 times within a two-week period. • If the transaction is still unsuccessful, an invoice will be sent to your email. This must be paid in full before booking any future appointments.
